i still havent gotten a new lightbulb. xD

thoughts.

as i was looking at my window thinking about what to write, i saw a view of the mountains. they're so big. so majestic. so....beautiful. there are so many things about the mountains that are wonderful. one is the animals. there big ones. deer. mountain lions. bears. and there are small ones. squirrels that chatter. skunks. mice. birds.  and then there are ones you dont notice. ants. beetles. bees. and they're all doing something. i guess you could call it their job. their special job. whether it's raising their young, finding food, or building a nest. they all have something to do . something god created them to do. but that's not all that's in the forest. there are trees...oh so many trees. and streams....ice cold crystal clear streams that call to you to come and drink it. there are rocks. some big some small. some are great to climb on. others...not so much. there's also dirt...pine needles...and so many other things....  and then...there's the air. the fresh air that doesnt contain smog. air how god created it to be. not polluted by smog. just. pure. air. there are also seasonal things in the mountains. like in fall. leaves turn yellow, orange, and red. and it starts to get cold. in the winter all the trees have lost their leaves and there's snow. in the spring animals come out of their winter slumber and the snow melts and flowers and trees start to bloom. and then in the summer it becomes warm... and everything is beautiful. and then it starts all over again.

there's more to this world than just mountains though. there are beaches and deserts and rainforests. everything is so diverse. there are so many things. people who say there isnt a creator or that god isnt creative must be blind because they are missing the obvious. i dont want to miss the obvious. do you?

watched second pirates of the caribbean last night. the first one is better!!! i still liked it though. there were only two bonus features...so sad...but i watched them...there were bloopers and the commentary...
i love pirates of the caribbean! who else thinks it woulcd be amazing to act in a movie?

its a beautiful day.

i had an oral presentation today...

my lightbulb burned out so everytime i go in my room and try to turn on the light, it doesnt turn on.

i was smelling a lotion and it squirted out and got in my nose.

now time for jr high.

3. that i had a brother who didnt annoy me
4. that i looked different
5. that my teeth were white and straight
6. that i dont get bored
7. that i didnt get cold so easily
8. that it got darker later
9. that i could see my friends in CO/australia more often
10. that i could get a stupid song out of my head.
11. that people who keep thinking im shannon would stop calling/texting

had,could,had,looked,my,dont,didnt,got,could,could,people.....

now things im thankful for.

1. that i can sometimes go to six flags
2. friends that put up with me constantly saying "this would make a great movie scene!"
3. that my brother doesnt annoy me constantly
4. that i dont have a disablility
5. that i have teeth
6. that the moments that are exciting are worth the wait
7. that i have feeling to get cold
8.that there's sunshine
9. that i still have a relationship my my friends far away and that i sometimes get to see them
10. that my brain works properly to remember songs
11. that people care about this unknown shannon enough to call her/text her. (and that i have a phone)

i challenge you that every time you wish something about your life was different, think about something in your life you're thankful for.

so.
today i was talking to my brother.
weird right?
sure..
i talk to him all the time.
anyway.
i was trying to read what he was texting.
idk why, i just felt like it.
(word to the wise, dont always follow what you feel like doing)
he was on our couch in the schoolroom.
for those of you who have been to my house:
there's a file cabinet right by it.
and a space in between there is a basket.
aaanyway...
i stepped in between the space so i could see.
(stupid move)
i tripped over the basket and fell.
wow...
arent i a clutz?
my brother was like, "what did you do?"
i was laughing.
i did it again to show him.
i fell again.
clutz.
later.
i just learned the first part of the hoedown throwdown.
(you tube)
i was doing it in the kitchen.
as i was doing the jump to the left part,
(its kinda complicated..not just jumping)
i stepped on my toe and fell.
clutz.
after.
my mom told me to do the dishes.
so i put them away.
"weird, usually the dishwasher is full when i empty it.."
i got to the silverware.
guess what i noticed?
yep....
they were dirty.
so i called my mom.
"mom, did you say put the dishes AWAY, or put the ones in the sink in the dishwasher?"
"put them away."
"oh, ok. bye"
so all the dishes i had put away i had to get out and put back in the dishwasher.
hopefully i put the right ones back in the dishwasher...
such a shame....
i hope i dont get a dirty one (if there is one)
