100th post!

okay, so in memory of my 100th post, i decided to put one of my first posts on, my 50th, and then i'll think of something else.
so, here was my third post:

okay i got it.

wasn't today nice, how cool it was? i was very surprised that it never got hot. it brings back so many memories of fall. i feel like this is the first REAL day of fall. the year has gone by so slow. that didn't even make sense. oh well. it seems like the winter camp in february was AGES ago!!! like years. and years. and years. that's like the beginning of summer. except only years ago. not years. and years. and years. why do people think years go by fast???? it drags on and on and on for me.

today i did school. nathan is at a friend's house. im home. doing nothing. does my blog count as something?

you keep procrastinating over and over, maybe i'll go to school next year. no! do it now.

ugg...i've heard that commercial SO many times.

in case you're wondering, it's on channel 56...it shows the same commercial a billion times. it only has like 5 =]! you're probably wondering why i watch channel 56. it has old shows on it. my favorite is hogan's heroes.

btw, i haven't watched channel 56 recently, i was just sitting down in our school room thinking (about nothing in particular...on second thought, was i even thinking about anything?!), and i remembered the commercial that i almost have memorized. i didn't try to memorize it..i just did. lol.

i watched the premier of amazing race last night. amazing show if you haven't seen it. there are these people who go on a race around the world. on channel 2. sunday. 8 o'clock. watch it.

i can't wait for american idol to start in january.

what did i do today.....school...

i won my volleyball game on sunday.

oh! story: right after second service at church, i had to leave for my volleyball game, so i had brought my backpack with my clothes to change into. i had to change at church. some people looked at me weird for carrying a backpack and being in a volleyball outfit. oh well. when i got back after my volleyball game (i had something at church right after third service), it was really weird going to church when people were leaving church. so yeah.

i just realized that im a real blonde. i just wrote about my volleyball game in my post before. oh well. i'll survive. im too lazy to delete what i just wrote.

my brother's soccer practice ends in ten minutes. woop woop.

oh!! another story: so, gavin taught nathan how to shoot someone with a rubberband in this really cool way that you still have the rubberband in your hand once you've shot the person, and nathan's been shooting me now. i just figured out today how to do it, because nathan wouldn't tell me. hahaha. it's kinda cool. shooting the rubberband. not being shot.

another story: nathan came up to me and punched me in the shoulder today. hard. i said ow!! and asked him why he did that, and he said that was payback for hitting him with the rubberband. before i go on, i have a question for you. does it make any sense to you if i shoot a rubberband at my brother once, and he's shot it at me like 10 times, that he should get even by punching me? shouldn't a punch equal like 20 shootings of the rubberband? that's just my theory. you can have your own. back to the story. he kept punching me kind of hard in the back for a little. i told him to stop, and he stopped. my shoulder still hurt. i told him that and he said that gavin will randomly punch him in the shoulder, and he had to demonstrate it on me. ow...my shoulder hurt more.

tomorrow i have volleyball practice! and school. and idk what else.

oh! btw...this is my 99th post! yeah! 100th tomorrow. or whenever i post.

wow. i've spent ten minutes on this post. what's wrong with me? i should be doing something else.

my life...the good the sad and the funny.

so i feel stupid right now because i just looked at the last post i did and can't remember what it was about.



oh!! i remember!! yay!

okay, so the good about this week was i got to go to soccer, volleyball, and the beach (so much fun!!). i went with my homeschool group. emily and emily were there! oh yeah. friday school started. i won my volleyball game today! yay! it was weird because i had to take my backpack to church filled with my volleyball stuff, and right after jr high, i had to change into my uniform and leave. when i went back to church (because i had this early childhood thing and right after bible study), people were leaving when i got there. it was weird. oh also, i got to play against someone on my soccer team (for volleyball)!! we didn't know we played in the same league until yesterday. lol. it was fun! my team won two of the three matches. =)

the sad: i lost my soccer game against emily taylor =(   that's the second time i've played her and my team has lost both games.

aaaaaaannnnnddd the funny. when my soccer team came up with a team name a couple weeks ago, we each contributed a word to the name! here's the team name: The Random Greeks Who Knit and Eat Kumquats While Doing the Macarana and Drowning Fish. amazing, huh? for short, it's either the random greeks or the kumquats.

so yeah! that was the good the sad and the funny of my week!!

the story behind the name!

okay, so i called my blog starbucks luvr, first because i love starbucks and it's amazing, but second because my family has a tradition that on the first day of fall every year, we go to starbucks and get the pumpkin spice latte. it happened to be hot yesterday, so i got it a frappiccino cream based version of it, and it was AMAZING!!!! the coffee version is really good, but the cream based version is even better!!! i usually like the coffee version better.

anyway...what's your favorite drink at starbucks?

my weirdness

okay, so i took the trash out just now, and i was swinging the trashbag, and like the corner of it or something scraped against the back of my leg, and it stung a little, but i just ignored it. when i was done taking the trash out, i looked at it and i realized that i was bleeding. i decided to write a post about it, so when i got upstairs i looked at it again, and there was a lot of blood, and it was starting to run down my leg a little. weird, right? and it was just a little cut. so i wiped it off, and wrote a post about it.

Six Flags!!!

six flags was so much fun!!! it was super busy though. i went on saturday with my junior high group at church. we only went on four rides the whole day, and one ride was this wet ride that you bearly got wet on. the shortest line was an hour and a half!! besides the water ride we went on tatsu (amazing, it was my first time on it), deja vu (it was amazing too. i don't scream on roller coasters, but i screamed on that one), and goliath (i'd gone on it before...i love it!). so, tatsu is kind of like silver bullet at knott's but your body is facing the ground instead of straight ahead. deja vu is like bomerang at knott's but bigger and better, with more loops and corkscrews. goliath isn't like anything at knott's. so, you're sitting in your seat, and it pulls you up for ages, and then you go straight down, and you go under ground, and do a lot of turns. you don't go upside down on that one, but it was fun. on goliath i sat with marsella, on deja vu i sat with taylor, on that stupid water ride i sat with jennalee, and on tatsu i sat by nathan and gavin. okay...these are the people that went (let's see if i can remember): me, taylor, marsella, jennalee (bus buddy!), elsa, stephanie, michelle, linnea, rachel, summer ( i hope i remembered all the girls), nathan, gavin, nick, brian, and greg. i hope i remembered everyone. if i didn't please comment, and tell me who i missed!

blanking out with STARs.

i was gonna write something about what i did yesterday, but i just blanked out, and can't remember anything. im serious. nothing. wow. this is weird.
i'll write about today then.
i went to STAR for the first time today. i am taking a first period (starts at 8:20, i wake up at 7) composition class. my teacher is pretty nice. last week we had to write a paragraph about ourselves, and this week we have grammar homework (extremely easy, it's just nouns) and we have to do this thing where in every sentence of this three paragraph essay, we have to write down three words about the sentence. it's teaching us not to plajerize. that's all the homework we have this week. barely any.
it was weird when i got up this morning not hearing the gardener mow the lawns or blow the leaves or whatever he does. it was quiet. and peaceful. and a nice time to go back to sleep.
i yawned in class.
im still yawning.
oh well. i'll get used to it. hopefully.

when i was in colorado, i was typing on my friend's antique typewriter. above the one :'( it didn't have an exclamation point!!! it was so sad!! so when i was typing, i used * (i think it's called an asterisk or something) in place of an exclamation point. i used * like 10 times in like five sentences... wow. i know.. i obsessed with !! (i got too tired of typing the name out).

i just used 23 exclamation points... wow.. i'll try not to use as many! (24) =)

wow...

it was just a week ago that i did my last post, but it seems like it was ages ago!! so...i went to the beach tuesday, and the water was SO warm!!! I actually body surfed which i never do. after the beach we got cinnamon rolls at this place... they were so good!!! on wednesday, we went to jr high, and played capture the flag that we've played no less than a billion times. it's now kind of boring. i had fun being with my friends though. on thursday, i got a haircut. she cut it a little short, but oh well...it'll grow back...right? RIGHT? i also had cello and soccer. and friday, i had an orientation for STAR at biola. i am taking a composition class. my teacher is named miss rountree. (interesting last name if you ask me!) i hope i'll like her! i saturday, i was sick. sunday, i was better, so i went to church. bible study started later that day... it was fun!! nathan had a friend over...oh!! and we went to mr. provo's going away party. i was looking forward to having him as my high school pastor!! oh well... he's gonna move to colorado. i love colorado!! he's moving near where i used to live!!! after that, my family went on a bike ride. we went up to the quad (we're like a mile away), and then back home. i now know how to get there!! (im pretty terrible at directions...). and today i did school. not extremely exciting, but kind of fun!! what will i do this week?? will it be fun or boring??? idk....i guess i'll find out soon! <3

i remembered!!

oooooooh!!! im so smart!!! i just remembered what i was going to say!! i went over to emily t.'s house today with emily p.!!! we had a lot of fun!! we walked down to joghurt which is amazing if you haven't been there. you get to choose how much ice cream you want and what kind, and you put it in this container, and then you choose what toppings you want!! it's all self-serve!! the emilys (do you change the y to an ie at the end if it's plural?) and i put on tie-dye shirts, funky sunglasses and did our makeup all weird, and walked to joghurt that way. the lady there asked us if we were doing something special. we told her no, and that we were just hanging out. when we went back to her house, we made these really random videos. emily t. is going to post one on her facebook. right after my parents picked me up, we went swimming at this person's house and maddie was there! i had a fun time!!

guess what? tomorrow im going to the beach though it's supposed to be my first day of school!! yippee!!

okay, so today i got up early (7) to go with my brother to church 'cause i was gonna edit the words to the songs in the junior high room, because there are mistakes. BUT IT WASN'T WORKING!!! how sad....i got up early for nothing.

well, actually it was kinda fun getting there before everyone else (except a few people), and seeing my friends come in. i wasn't the last one (or almost the last one) there!!!

so, i was at the beach last month (maybe it was in july..idk), and i was going to tell me friend emily about something someone told me.

and as i was going to tell her, all these names of people i knew were rushing through my mind like in those lottery things where it spins.

it was so weird!! it took me like 20 seconds to figure out her name and the name of the person i was going to tell her about.

the weirdest thing about it though is my friend has the same name as me, so i forgot my own name!!

drumming..

i think im the only girl who drums on herself. i love to drum on myself and drum on things!! it's so much fun!! i love to hear the different sounds. like when i drum on myself, i like the difference between how my stomach sounds when i drum on it, and my legs. it sounds cool!! and when im in random places i'll just drum on different stuff i see. there are so many different sounds out there!! does anyone else that reads my blog drum on themselves?? you should try it; it's fun!!

splash into a sunburn and boredom

so at splash yesterday (technically buccaneer bay), my friends and i went on the lazy river like a billion times!!! they didn't want to go on any of the slides, so i went once by myself. i was there for like five hours. it was pretty fun. we also went to this pool that's part of splash and not buccaneer bay, and did handstands and flips in it and just talked. my brother hung out with us whenever he couldn't find his friends. my face and shoulders got burnt but it didn't hurt that much.

Oh!!! you know what's weird!??!?!?!?

one time i got burnt really bad at the grand canyon.

i forgot to put sunscreen on my back.

(not a good idea!)

so my back was bright red, but it didn't hurt!!

my skin felt a little tight, but that's all.

on our way back from the grand canyon, this lady asked my if my back hurt really bad,

and i was like, no...

and she was amazed.

im not sure she believed me..

but every time i get a really bad sunburn, the same thing happens!!

weird...huh?!
